This Privacy Policy applies to Glowante’s platform that lets end users discover salons, select services, add them to a cart, choose professionals, pay, and book appointments; and enables salon owners/admins to manage salons, branches, services, staff, and bookings.

- Account & Profile: name, phone, optional email (if provided), password hash, preferences (e.g., preferred stylist).
- Salon Business Data (owners/admins): salon & branch details, services & pricing, staff profiles & roles, schedules.
- Booking & Transaction: selected services, professionals, appointment time, payment status, invoices, refund info.
- Communications: in‑app support messages, push notification tokens.
- Device & Usage: app version, device type, OS, IP address, logs, cookies, analytics events.
- Location (with permission): approximate or precise location to suggest nearby salons or improve booking context.
How We Use Data
- Provide and improve booking, checkout, and scheduling.
- Manage salon catalogs, branches, teams, and availability.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and handle disputes/refunds.
- Send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders).
- Personalize recommendations and app experience.

Payments & Processors
We use third‑party processors to handle payments securely. Card data is transmitted directly to the processor and is not stored on our servers.
- Razor Pay: used for processing payments and refunds. Razor Pay’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. For example, booking and payment records may be retained for tax and accounting. You can request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure, but we continually improve our measures.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us via in‑app support to request deletion.
